Short description

The Clients intention was to modernize the heating sources in the existing factory, based on analysis and evaluation of proposed alternatives in order to replace the existing heating sources. The following alternatives were technically and economically evaluated: new complete fire-tube boilers, new heat recovery steam generator with accessories installed downstream new 18 MW combustion turbine, new heat recovery steam generator with accessories installed downstream new 15 MW combustion turbine.

Technical and commercial analysis of the present operation of the factory, examination of the auxiliary technology and its suitability for future operation, basic Concept Layouts for each Alternative and their evaluation, including principled schemes, media consumptions, risk analysis, etc. The results of the study were supported by economic analysis of each Alternative.
