Feasibility Study of technical alternatives for Combined cycle of Power and Heat generation. Review and evaluation of:

• Technological and Electrical part such as design parameters, auxiliary systems, design data and requirements (fuel, steam…), basic calculation of energy balance (fuel consumption, heat production, grid delivery of electricity) thermal cycle design and emission limits assessment (dust, SO2, CO, NOx).
• Civil part of services was the review of structure proposals of civil buildings and evaluation space requirements in the Boiler House
• The Financial analysis and economic assessment of the project was evaluated (time schedule, possible risk identification, operational costs, requirements for operational personnel, financing proposal (financial sources and loan conditions), fuel and energy price development, etc.)
• Financial analysis and calculation of main economic indicators (Cash flow, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, PBP, cost price heat, etc.)
• Technical and economic assessment of proposed alternative (sensitivity analysis, criteria assessment (and agreement) for selection the most suitable alternative, project risks, evaluation of alternatives and their final selection, etc.)
