Technical Due Diligence of Heating company before acquisition

Services provided by company

• Detail analysis and evaluation of production and distribution process of the company.
• List of equipment (production and distribution) including description of actual technical status (years of operation, value of the equipment, technical status, supposed lifetime, costs for operation and maintenance, environmental impact.....)
• Assisting to the Legal Advisor to the Lender to review the status of the required consents,
• permits, licenses and approvals (both for construction and operation)
• Confirmation the adequacy and completeness of plans for the operation and Maintenance
• Listing of key risks and suggested mitigates (including needed insurance coverage) of the technical aspects of the Project: environmental, engineering (civil and electromechanical), safety etc during both construction and operation
• Reviewing such project drawings, schedules, specifications and other project documentation as is currently available.
• Confirming compliance with applicable legislation and engineering codes. This service will include, inter alia, examination of the necessary conformity with all licenses and permits including environmental and archaeological
• Analyzing of future view from technical point of view and actual status on the local heating marked with heating distribution in area responsibility of company Termming a.s. and future company opportunities
• Submitting full due diligence report based on international standards
