Short description

Client intends to build and operate GT simple cycle plant based on Rolls Royce´s Trent 60WLE engine. Plant will be used as a quick start source for ancillary services performance.

Services provided by company

• Elaboration of detailed Due Diligence report covering complete scope of the project including its technical and execution features (design, plant layout, time schedule, contractual relations within the project execution).
• Construction monitoring services during the whole project execution period – perform quarterly site visits to review the construction and commissioning progress, preferably at dates concurring with the construction progress meetings held at the site until the Project completion date, review of construction reports, the Project costs matching the work satisfactorily completed for the specified period, review of construction activities anticipated during the subsequent period, highlight delays and potential delays or increases in cost or potential increases in cost and other problems, observe and verify construction progress proceeding according to prudent industry practices and review and comment on management’s organisation and control of work in progress, periodically review major design documentation (plans specifications and schedules), review the EPCM Contractor's (ADATO) quality assurance program, etc.
